These fit celebrities reveal their secret formula
Are you curious about how Kim Jong Kook, Zac Efron and Blaine Sumner attain and maintain their swole appearances?
Chicken Smoothies.
Why?
Because if you want to be fit soon or later you will find out that protein is essential. It doesn’t matter if you want to gain muscle or you want to get shredded… in both cases, you should consume a lot of protein. But if you want to be clean with low % of body fat you should eat clean foods, right? Eggs and meat are best for that goal.
And when you calculate calories and macronutrients that your body needs daily, chicken breasts are one of the best choices. They have 165 kcal and 31g of protein per 100 grams. Besides, 80% of the calories in chicken breasts come from protein, while 20% comes from fat. On the whole, it’s high protein food which is low in calories at the same time.
So far so good, but what happens when you realize that in almost every meal you should eat chicken breasts? Usually, at that time people begin to hate it and they find it as very hard to stick to a diet like this. Everybody knows that boiled chicken breasts are dry and hard for chewing.
And eating so many chicken breasts as your body required is a time-consuming and not very pleasant activity... That’s why a lot of elite athletes or people who just want to go to the next level drink chicken protein smoothies daily.
In this article, I’ve prepared interesting information about three men who have decided to include chicken smoothies in their meals - Kim Jong Kook, Zac Efron, and Blaine Sumner.
You’re going to know who are they, what are they famous with and even more...

Maybe you have heard of him. Kim (born April 25, 1976) is a singer, entertainer, and actor. He debuted as a member of South Korean duo Turbo in 1995. The duo was considered to be one of the most popular idols in that time and sold out millions of albums in South Korea and Asia. Following the disbanding of the duo in 2000, Kim released his debut solo album, Renaissance, in December 2001.
As a solo artist, Kim has received several awards. But apart from his music career, Kim established himself as an entertainer, notably through his participation in variety shows including X-man, Family Outing, and gained worldwide popularity following his participation in Running Man. He is always in good shape and with a smile. That’s why he does not suffer from a lack of female attention.
But how he has achieved that shredded body?
One of his “secrets” is drinking milk chicken smoothies daily.

Zachary David Alexander Efron (born October 18, 1987) is an American actor and singer. He began acting professionally in the early 2000s.
He wanted to gain some weight for his next movie called “The Lucky One”. But as Zac told in the video he doesn’t want some weight from eating junk foods. He didn’t want to gain fats. He wanted pure muscles, as clean as possible.
He was working out with a professional trainer and he trained extremely hard! He even described the training process as something that consumed his life for a while.
At the beginning he had been a skinny guy and not surprisingly the most difficult part for him was eating so much amount of food. Sounds familiar right?
When he finds out how much meat he should consume. He realized that it’s a quite difficult task actually to chew so much meat.
And at that time the idea of putting all the chicken in the blender came into his mind. He started to blend the chicken and ate it that way.

Blaine Sumner

Blaine Sumner (born June 22, 1987) is an American world champion powerlifter from Conifer, Colorado. Blaine was the 2019 and 2016 IPF Open World Superheavyweight Champion and was the first American male to win a Gold Medal in the IPF Classic World Championships (2012). Blaine has set 23 World Records in the Classic Squat, Classic Total, and Equipped Squat, Equipped Bench Press, and Equipped Total.
In one of his interviews, Blaine said that he actually doesn’t have the appetite to eat as much as he needs to. Blaine even admits he doesn’t like to eat.
Such a huge man…
He is nearly 400 pounds ( ~180kg ) and he claims that he doesn’t like to eat!
Also, he has a very busy job, and even if he had some free time for eating, it took him around an hour. So chicken smoothies are solving his problem with time and it’s a good way to make sure your macronutrients are in check.
In fact, in one of his shakes contains:
- 80 grams of protein
- 80 grams of carbs
- 35 grams of fat
- 1000 kcal
He drinks 8 SHAKES A DAY! Yes, these are 8000 calories!
Let’s take a look at his recipe for the chicken smoothie:
- Chicken breast: 1.5 cups
- White rice: 1.7 cups
- 2 EGG whites
- Olive oil: 2 tbs. (around 30g)
- Handful of spinach
- Water
Sometimes he drinks other shakes like:
- Beef shakes
- Salmon shakes
- Rarely he put some whey protein in his shakes
But in general, he prefers chicken shakes. For him, food is just fuel, and the enormous amount of food that he receives is in order to recover his body and prepare it for the next smashing workout.
He needs to eat almost non-stop.
He always feels full, and to be full is not one of his favorite things but…
Here’s his “secret”….
He knows that if his goal is to be one of the strongest men in the world that’s the price!
You can take a look at the video with Blaine here.
So guys, now you found out how these men have accomplished a lot of things. I hope their determination, hard work, and discipline will inspire you to get your things done. As you know everything has a price and before you wish something… it’s good to know the price.
